Ioan | BrașovSOUNDSVILLE FEATURING LUCY WOODWARD – A jaw-dropping listening experience \nSoul-Blues \n\nLucy Woodward – voce\nLars Kutschke – chitară electrică\nAlberto Marsico – hammond\nLuca Guarino – tobe\n\nFor this special concert in Brasov\, American singer Lucy Woodward will join the European organ trio Soundsville for an epic summer festival night. Lucy and Soundsville performed together for the first time  in Germany in 222 and felt they had a “connection” with their dynamic blend of crossing musical genres. Alberto Marsico (organ) and Lars Kutschke (guitar) have a long\, trusted history together. They founded Soundsville in 2006 and recorded 2 albums\, drawing from their deep knowledge of the blues\, jazz\, gospel\, funk and psychedelic rock. \nLUCY WOODWARD has released several 6 albums and has recorded and toured with artists such as Snarky Puppy\, Charlie Hunter\, Rod Stewart\, Celine Dion and Pink Martini (singing in Japanese\, Croatian & Turkish). Lucy has also been a guest with WDR Big Band and Frankfurt Radio Big Band and has sung on many movie soundtracks. She will be releasing her 7th album this year. \nALBERTO MARSICO started playing the Hammond organ after attending a workshop by the legendary Jack McDuff (who would later record “Jackpot”\, a tune Alberto had dedicated to him). He has become one of Europe’s most renowned organ players having toured worldwide with Jimmy Cobb\, Jimmy Witherspoon\, Kenny Burrell\, Larry Taylor and Fabrizio Bosso. \nLARS KUTSCHKE has cut his teeth touring more than 40 countries playing guitar with gospel-blues singer Sharrie Williams as well as artists such as the legendary Bettye Lavette\, Tad Robinson and German pop-act Alphaville. \nThe newest member of Soundsville is drummer LUCA GUARINO who has worked alongside Marsico with many projects over the last few years. \nThe Soundsville’s repertoire will be based on the love all 4 musicians have for blues\, jazz and gospel music consisting of classic songs and standards from artists such as include Nina Simone and Donny Hathaway\, including some originals. It will be a special evening you do not want to miss! \nAlabama Mike – The Future of Blues \nChicago Blues \nAlabama Mike este un artist de blues în stil Chicago\, iar muzica sa\, considerată revigorant de relevantă pentru secolul XX\, amintește de un tânăr BB King sau Buddy Guy\, Buddy Guy\, dar şi de Elmore James și Little Johnny Taylor. Alabama Mike a fost nominalizat la Blues Music Awards la categoria „Cel mai bun artist de Blues tradițional” în 2016. \nAnimat de dorința de a-și dezvolta în permanență muzica prin diversificarea colaborărilor\, ultimele sale două albume produse de Kid Andersen și Big Jon Atkinson sunt apreciate atât de critici\, cât și de publicul larg.
